Our Mission Statement:
The Iowa Foster and Adoptive Parents Association empowers, supports and advocates for foster, adoptive and kinship families across Iowa.  IFAPA provides peer support, training and resources to promote safety, permanency and well-being for Iowa’s children.

Our Vision Statement:
The Iowa Foster and Adoptive Parents Association's vision is to provide leadership in Iowa to insure that every child has a secure, loving and stable family.

IFAPA is a membership organization serving foster and adoptive parents in Iowa. Membership in the association is free for Iowa's licensed foster and for adoptive parents.
